A Testimony of God’s Faithfulness

I am so thankful that I was led to Amy’s story. I have always struggled with my testimony because I don’t have a life-changing before and after story to show firsthand how God changed my life, but after reading Amy’s story, I am excited to declare that I have a testimony of God’s faithfulness!

And to get even more excited, I am now truly realizing that God chose to bless me with this life because He wanted to, not because I chose the right path. As I look back on how God knitted my path, it is truly an amazing path. Anyone that knows me knows that I am ever grateful for the friends that God has placed in my life, for the church family that He provided to me at such a young age, for a youth group that made God “cool”.

I never experienced a life of peer pressure, and in fact, my high school days were probably my strongest days in my relationship with Christ. I long to be as faithful, as fervent in my prayer, as dedicated to His Word and as evangelical now as I was during my teen years.

I am a mom of 3 adorable kiddos born in 3 consecutive years. I juggle daily with work outside of the home, managing a family, keeping a house, connecting socially, loving and adoring my husband, and seeking to grow closer with my heavenly Father each step of the way . . . however, this blog will prove my inadequacies in all of the mentioned areas. Humbly, I pray that as I journey through this world of blogging, I will grow closer to my Father and others will be drawn to His feet in praise, as well.
